Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours after placement.
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If your order is placed during a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Important: Once an order has been placed and entered into our system, items cannot be modified or changed. Please double-check all shipping and product details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Enjoy free shipping on orders over €70 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg and Portugal. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Customs & Duties
For UK orders, VAT is collected at checkout, so no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. For all other destinations outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country.
