To open The Sculpt Bar follow these steps:

  1. Take your Sculpt Bar out the freezer.
  2. Prepare by letting it sit for 5 minutes or run under water.
  3. Guide your finger around the opening, this helps release the lid without force.
  4. Slowly lift the lid off in a circular motion.
How do I fill my Sculpt Bar?

Filling your The Sculpt Bar is easy:

  1. Fill with clean water or chosen ingredients up to 90%.
  2. For an extra-refreshing twist, try placing sliced cucumber or lemon before filling with water.
  3. Once filled, place the sculpt bar in the freezer and let it fully freeze before use.
When will i see results from ice facials?

You may notice an instant boost in glow, reduced puffiness, and a firmer feel after just one use. Think of it as a quick wake-up call for your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1 working day, so you’re already getting super fast shipping, no express option needed!

If you're outside the Netherlands and need your order quickly, feel free to email us at hello@shopglowhaus.com. We’ll be happy to check what’s possible and help you glow sooner.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and will be calculated at checkout before payment.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your glow-up’s journey.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us at hello@shopglowhaus.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll help you figure out the next steps.

How To Return My Items?

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened or used products. This policy helps us guarantee the highest quality and safety for all customers. We also do not offer online exchanges.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes! Your order confirmation email will include a full invoice. If you need a custom invoice or business invoice, please contact us.
