ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of Creative & Brand Operations, you’ll support integrated campaigns across channels (social, e-commerce, email, influencers, retail) and help steer projects from brief to publish. You’ll gain hands-on experience in stakeholder management, creative workflows, and brand building, while helping shape the future of Glowhaus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


- Support seasonal & always-on campaigns: from marketing strategy inputs and creative briefs to asset delivery across paid/organic social, email and web.

- Content studio support: coordinate shoots, track deliverables, and align timelines with designers, creators, and the e-com team.

- Project ops: maintain project plans, status docs, and timelines; help ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

- Smaller projects ownership: run bite-size briefs end-to-end (UGC seeding, landing pages, creator gifting).

- Cross-team collaboration: partner with design, social, e-com, and founders to keep work moving and stakeholders informed.

WHO YOU ARE

- Organized, proactive, and detail-driven, comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Strong communicator; you keep stakeholders aligned and love clear documentation.
- Social-native; you understand TikTok/IG trends and how content performs.
- Comfortable with basic tools: Google Workspace; bonus for Canva/Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
-Flexible (min. 4–6 months preferred)
- Netherlands (hybrid; Amsterdam area/Bussum)
