Hygiene & safety policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. This policy ensures the highest standards of product quality and customer safety.

Your right to return
If you placed an order from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

To exercise this right, simply email us at hello@shopglowhaus.com within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Important: This right does not apply to products that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• We refund the product price only.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
