How often should I use them?

How long should I wear them?

Are the Hand Patches reusable?
Yes. With proper care, they can be reused up to 20 times. After every 2–3 uses, gently clean the silicone side under running water using a mild, oil-free soap. Lay flat to air-dry before reuse.
