How often should I use them?

How long should I wear the eye patches?
Apply patches to clean, dry under-eyes. Leave on for 10–15 minutes. Remove the patches and gently tap any remaining essence into the skin for a fresh, well-rested look. Discard after use.
How do I use the dry brush?
Use the Dry Brush on clean, dry skin. Gently brush the face using light, upward and outward strokes, starting from the center and moving towards the hairline. Avoid the delicate eye area and use for 1–2 minutes.
